June 19, 2026 – Emma Heming Willis has marked her 50th birthday with a heartfelt reflection on her personal journey, family life, and continued commitment to supporting families affected by dementia.
The milestone celebration took place on June 18, when Emma shared a touching Instagram post featuring a cherished family video of her husband, Bruce Willis, singing “Happy Birthday” after inhaling helium from a balloon, delighting their daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.
In her message, Emma reflected on the challenges and growth she experienced throughout her 40s.
“Today is my big 5-0, and I have to say, I’m ready for this new decade and all it has to offer. My 40s were heavy, yet I’m proud of how far I’ve come as a wife, mother, care partner, and advocate. I’m also proud of the work we’re doing through the Emma & Bruce Willis Fund and what lies ahead,” she shared.
Over recent years, Emma has played a significant role as a caregiver following Bruce Willis’ diagnoses of aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
