In Superstar Art Foundation, our mission is to encourage any form of art that contributes to the promotion of humanities, women’s rights, children protection, animal protection, world peace, family love, and care. Furthermore, We help artists to grow their expertise in the career and provide support to fund their projects through our non-profit programs. Artists enrich the world through their creative visions, producing bodies of work that have aesthetic and cultural significance in their own right and, in some cases, may embody sufficient financial value for philanthropy. To provide for posthumous stewardship of their creative legacies, and to realize their philanthropic concerns in the longer-term, we help artists to establish private foundations tax-exempt, charitable entities, created i some cases during the artist’s lifetimes and in others, under the artist’s estate plans.
Who We Are? Superstar Art foundation is founded by a group of financial investor, media, artists that have passion to support art career. Superstar Art foundation is a non-profit legal entity, it committed exclusively to charitable purposes and recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is regulated by the IRS and Texas State in which it is established with File Number 803285823. It can be funded with gifts of cash, securities, or non-financial assets. Donations to it may be tax-deductible during a donors lifetime. Contributed assets are removed from the donors estate for tax purposes. It supports qualified charitable activities through grants or direct programs. We will make annual contribution plan to art projects for charitable purposes based on the value of assets not held for charitable use, and pay an excise tax on investment income, including net proceeds of art sales.

A certain budget of Superstar Scholarship and internship will be issued to students who made excellent performance at class. The scholarship and Internship are open for applicant and sponsor. Members who make most contribution to non profit work with our foundation will be issued with our Superstar Award. ART CLUB SPONSORSHIP SERVICE Superstar Art Foundation dedicates to provide good environment for artists to create and exhibit artworks. We provide art club management service for luxury property owners, as well as organizing service of art show and networking event for our sponsors. . Art Club Sponsor will: Become our co founding member to have their names and photo to be shown in the art club. Have free live-in service to the clubhouse by reservation. Have the beneficiary rights of the property in trust of foundation. Professional property management service and VIP member benefit provided by Foundation. Art Club function includes: Foundation regional office, Member Reception management service, Artists training classroom and workshop, Art Gallery for exhibition, auction and art sponsors.
JOIN US Superstar Art Foundation is a global platform for artists and philanthropist to join to support humanitarian art works. We believe an good artist who can get most peoples support himself/herself should have a passion to his/her career, with a warm heart willing to help others. Therefore, we welcome volunteers and donors to join our member program. Eligible member including singers, actor/actress, art directors, musician, designers, filmmakers, entertainment financers, art enthusiasts, high net worth individual and institutional investor.
