Princess Ncengencenge Dlamini (Eswatini ) is a member of the Eswatini royal family and an active political leader, serving as a Senator in the Parliament of the Kingdom of Eswatini for the 2023–2028 term. Born on 22 July 1970 as the youngest of seven children of King Sobhuza II and Mzondwase Zwane, she has held leadership roles within the royal advisory council Liqoqo, to which she was appointed by her brother, King Mswati III, in 2010 and re-appointed in 2018. In her parliamentary role, Princess Ncengencenge champions investment in information and communication technology (ICT) and its integration into education, innovation, and national development, reflecting her commitment to advancing Eswatini’s socio-economic progress. She also serves as Chairperson of the ICT Portfolio Committee in the Senate, using her platform to advocate for long-term digital and educational strategies that support innovation and a knowledge-based economy.
