M’zée Fula Ngenge is a Mining Engineer, Senior Strategy Advisor, and Chairman of the African Diamond Council (ADC), with over 40 years of experience in the global diamond industry. He played a key role in introducing Ideal and Super-Ideal Cut (Hearts & Arrows) diamonds in 1986 and later served on the launch team of the Kimberley Process to combat conflict diamonds. He has advised governments on diamond governance, including Angola’s “Operation Transparency,” and currently chairs the African International Diamond Exchange (AIDEX) and the African Diamond Trust Fund (ADTF), promoting ethical, transparent diamond trade across Africa.
