Morenike Ajayi MBE (Nigeria/United Kingdom) is a highly respected corporate governance and public service leader whose reputation is defined by integrity, impact, and visibility. A CIPFA Fellow with over 25 years of senior leadership experience, she is widely trusted for her ethical stewardship and strategic oversight of finance, HR, IT, and corporate services at GCHA, as well as through previous roles at Transport for London, PwC, and across local government. Her impact extends beyond institutional leadership through her service as Chair of Audit and Risk at London Youth and as founder of Career Nuggets, a social enterprise advancing career development and inclusion for Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
